In this day and age, you would think people know better but I was at a gathering of some folks the other day and realised just how few people know the healthy attributes of regular bonking.
Of course, having done countless articles in the mainstream media about it, I was brimming with loads of information to share. Obviously, I only share it with those who express a willingness to know about it, which was just about everyone in that group I was with.

The first thing to note, and this is not just from me but from many medical experts, is that sex is not just physically advantageous but also good for the emotional and mental aspects of a person.
Let me talk about the physical benefits. It's pretty obvious that a good sweaty workout is always good for the pores and skin. Whether you chose to achieve that through physical exercise at the gym or park, or in bed with your partner. There is a definite glow and if you are observing people enough, you can really tell if they had a good session the previous night or not when they show up at work the next day.
They seem more alert, move about with a bounce and show little signs of lethargy. I am assuming, she is not a party to a gangbang with 20 guys the previous night. Just one on one sex.
